The 32nd annual National BAPTO Pool Challenge weekend took place from the 13th –

Tournament Terms & Conditions

1. Registered teams who have paid their reservation fee must book their accommodation by the 31st August 2011.

2. Failure to book accommodation by the 31st August 2011 may result in your place being offered to an alternative team. Reservation fees are non-returnable to teams who have failed to book their accomodation.

3. A full list of special conditions will be available at the event.

4. Any complaints must be lodged in writing to the organisers, either to the tournament director during the finals or sent via our contact form

5. Team draws will be done prior to the event and published in advance.

6. Players and guests are required to be staying at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park. Although weekend passes are available inexceptional circumstances priced at £35 per person.

7. Dresscode - Players must wear trousers, shoes and a shirt with a collar whilst playing in any main event. Sports atire will not be tollerated. Any player found in breach of the dresscode will be ejected from the arena.

8. Players are required to play within the spirit of the game and behave in a sporting manner.

9. All players and their guests are deemed ambassadors of our sport. Behaviour that jeopodises the sport will not be tolerated. Team managers are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their team players and their guests.

10. All players and guests are required to wear a tournament wristband in order to gain access to the playing arenas. Any player or guest found not wearing a wrist band will be evicted from the arena and may risk being disqualified from the tournament.
